Terms & Conditions

2.Diagnostic services identify the most likely cause of a concern based on available testing and information. Due to the complexity of modern vehicles, additional problems may be discovered during or after repairs.


3. Customer-Supplied Parts

If a customer chooses to supply parts, Renegade Auto Care cannot guarantee the quality, compatibility, or reliability of those parts. Labor associated with customer-supplied parts carries no warranty. Renegade Auto Care is not responsible for failures caused by defective, incorrect, or low-quality parts supplied by the customer.


4. Pre-Existing Conditions

Vehicles with high mileage, corrosion, previous repairs, or worn components may experience component failure during normal repair procedures. Renegade Auto Care is not responsible for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions, rusted fasteners, seized components, or prior improper repairs.


5. Test Drive Authorization

I authorize Renegade Auto Care to operate and test drive the vehicle as necessary for diagnosing issues and verifying repairs.


6. Mobile Service Environment

Services are performed at customer-selected locations. The customer is responsible for ensuring the vehicle is parked in a safe and accessible location suitable for repair work.


7. Payment Terms

Payment is due immediately upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. By authorizing service, the customer agrees that payment will be made in full at the time the work is completed.


8. Limited Labor Warranty

Labor performed by Renegade Auto Care carries a limited warranty of 12,000 miles or 1 year. Warranty applies only to workmanship and does not cover failures of parts, customer-supplied components, or unrelated vehicle issues. Customer Supplied parts will not be covered by the Renegade Auto Care labor warranty.


9. Liability Limitation

Renegade Auto Care shall not be held liable for incidental or consequential damages resulting from vehicle failure, pre-existing mechanical issues, or conditions outside normal repair procedures.


10. Property / Driveway Disclaimer

Repairs are performed at the customer’s chosen location. Renegade Auto Care is not responsible for existing driveway or surface conditions including stains, cracks, or damage resulting from pre-existing conditions. Reasonable care will be taken to prevent spills and protect the work area.


11. Video Recording Consent

Renegade Auto Care may record video or photographs of the repair process for documentation, training, transparency, or customer review. No personal customer information will be shared publicly without permission.


12. Alignment Disclaimer

Suspension, steering, and control arm repairs may affect vehicle alignment. A professional wheel alignment is recommended after these repairs. Renegade Auto Care is not responsible for tire wear or steering changes if alignment is not performed.


13. Customer-Supplied Parts Acknowledgement

Customer understands that when supplying their own parts, Renegade Auto Care cannot guarantee fitment, quality, or reliability. Additional labor may be required if incorrect or defective parts are provided.


14. Diagnostic Fee Acknowledgement

Diagnostic services are billed at a flat rate of $150 for up to one hour of diagnostic time. If additional diagnostic time is required, it will be billed at the current labor rate with customer approval. If the customer chooses to proceed with the recommended repair through Renegade Auto Care, the $150 diagnostic fee will be applied toward the repair and effectively waived.


15. Pre-Repair Condition Acknowledgement

The customer acknowledges that the vehicle may have existing mechanical, electrical, or structural issues that may not be visible or detectable prior to repair. Renegade Auto Care is not responsible for problems that arise due to pre-existing wear, hidden damage, corrosion, or prior improper repairs.


16. Dispute Resolution / Arbitration

Any dispute or disagreement arising from services performed by Renegade Auto Care shall first be addressed through good-faith discussion. If the issue cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree the matter will be resolved through binding arbitration in the state where the service was performed.


17. 24-Hour Cancellation & No-Show Policy (Enforced)

Customer must provide a minimum of twenty-four (24) hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment. Any cancellation, reschedule request, or failure to be present at the scheduled service location within twenty-four (24) hours of the appointment time will be treated as a late cancellation or no-show and will incur a non-refundable fee of $150.00.

By authorizing an estimate, the client agrees with these terms and conditions, Client expressly authorizes Renegade Auto Care LLC to charge this fee to any payment method provided, without further notice, or to invoice the Customer for immediate payment due. Late payments will accrue the maximum amount of interest per applicable state law.

Customer acknowledges that scheduled appointment times are reserved exclusively and that lost time due to late cancellations or no-shows results in lost business opportunities.
